Think of the Mayhem

Gaming, food, fashion, and fandoms, as well as whining, general crankiness, mythbusting, a lot of pictures of my dog, and slightly fewer pictures of my cats.

The M. Wells Dinette at MoMA PS1is a cafeteria-style restaurant by Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis, the culinary masterminds behind the popular M. Wells Diner.

NOPE.

I don’t want to eat in a school classroom.
If it were a REAL school cafeteria, the tables would have benches on either side, so you can talk to your friend while you’re eating!

I actually went to a school without a cafeteria, where we had to eat in our classrooms. There was a kitchen, but the building was too small to house a proper cafeteria. And it sucked, we were chronically out of spoons, or forks or straws (like I remember drinking yogurt through a straw, because we were out of both spoons and forks). This is not an experience I’d pay for.
