My guess is that we all have the same middle name (Marie) because I know it was an ultra popular middle name in the 70s and 80s.
Mine’s Lynn, which was also a popular 70s choice.
And a popular 80s choice! My middle name is Lynn and half the girls in my grade at school were middle-named Lynn or Marie.
My middle name is Lynne, because I’m super fancy and have an extra E, it’s also my mom’s middle name (and my first name is the feminine version of my Dad’s middle name, so middle names all around for me).
